booking and cancellations

Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of the full amount of the booking deposit.
No calls to cancel will be charged the full amount.

Prices may vary and change after booking depending on distance and events.

We service all of New Jersey but depending on distance prices may change.

Terms and Conditions

1. Client Consent:

BY BOOKING AND RECEIVING SERVICES FROM CORE MUSCLE RESET, THE CLIENT CONFIRMS THAT:

They are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian
They have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities relevant to receiving a massage.
They understand that massage is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.

2. Scope of Service:

Services will be provided at the client's designated location (home, office, hotel, etc.)
The therapist will arrive with a massage table and all necessary supplies. Linens may be provided by client or therapist.
The space must be safe, clean, and large enough to accommodate the massage setup

3. Health & Safety

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behaves inappropriately, or presents a health risk.
All equipment if sanitized between clients.
if the therapist is feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, the session may be rescheduled for everyone's safety.

4. Code of Conduct

Professional boundaries are strictly maintained at all times.
Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and potential refusal of future services.
Any sexual advances or misconduct will be reported to authorities.

5. Payment:

Booking payments are due at time of booking. (remainder of service will be due at the time of service)
Accepted Payment methods: CASH, CASH APP, ZELLE, or MOBILE PAYMENT

6. Liability Waiver:

Clients agree that Core Muscle Reset and the therapist are not liable for any injury, loss or damage incurred as a result of service, unless caused by proven negligence.
Clients must inform the therapist of any medical issues, allergies, or conditions prior to the session.

7. Privacy Policy:

All personal and medical information provided is confidential and will not be shared without the clients written consent, except as required by law.
